This site, at its own discretion, may terminate your listings or use of this site immediately and without notice if you have listed a suspicious or prohibited item, we believe you are not selling at the promised price or not delivering items, we believe you are a non-paying bidder or buyer, we believe you are not abiding by these terms and conditions, or you are engaging in any conduct deemed harmful to this site and its users. Any administrative decision on listings and user registration is final and non-negotiable.

Use of this site constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this site's privacy policy which is a part of these terms and conditions. As a registered user, you agree not to use any personal information acquired through the use of this site to send bulk or unsolicited commercial post mail or e-mail, newsletters, chain letters, or any messages not related to the transaction. You may not harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including contact information, without their consent.
