Recovery software for IBM Aptiva S series 2159-S80, 2159-S90, 2159-17R, and 2159-18R. This software package (IBM part number 12J4027) restores Microsoft Windows 95 (OSR2/4.00.950B/4.00.1111) and factory installed software. It also contains separate installation CDs for bundled applications. A total of 20 CDs are included:
Product recovery (bootable CD reloads all factory installed software, IBM part number 12J4028)

This software package is for IBM Aptiva 2159 service level A only. Do not purchase this unless you have one of the following Aptiva 2159 models as this will not install on other IBM PCs:
2159-S80
2159-17R (remanufactured S80)
2159-S90
2159-18R (remanufactured S90)
The IBM Aptiva 2159-S80 and 2159-S90 have the split system case style with a media console (diskette and CD drives) under the monitor separated from the tower containing the rest of the system. The binder holding the CDs is torn (front cover is not separated from rest of binder), but the CDs are in fine working condition. |
